Bright and equipped with a loggia along the entire south facing wall, the apartment is located in a peaceful residence with caretaker, guaranteeing absolute tranquility and unobstructed views. The space includes a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a washing machine, as well as an extensive loggia bathed in light. For your comfort, the residence is equipped with secure outdoor parking. In addition, a collective enclosed space is provided for the storage of your bikes, boards, kayaks or any other equipment necessary for your activities. Bed and bath linen is included to make your stay easier. Beach towels are also available to guests. Other things to note Please note that the apartment, located on the 2nd floor with elevator, is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (PRM).
