The space Large updated suburban home in established neighborhood in North Houston. Perfectly situated between downtown Houston and The Woodlands. This very comfortable home has a soft contemporary style with the feeling of home but all the extras of a hotel. Large enough for all the family including the smallest of guests have been thought of. The kitchen is open to the living and pool table, has tons of cabinets and we have filled them with dish ware/appliances/pots/pans and bar ware for at 8 guests. The kitchen island is perfect to prep for your group, eat at or gather around. We even have extra disposable plates and cups just in case no one wants to do dishes while on vacation. Spices, cooking oil are also available for guest use. We offer a variety of coffee makers Keurig/Drip Coffee/French Press/Electric Water Kettle and an assortment of coffee pods and tea. If you want to make your own Texas BBQ there is a large Pellet Grill/smoker outdoors with supplies provided for every guest stay. Billiards table downstairs is just off the kitchen and an additional hangout TV/game room upstairs gives plenty of space of every one to spread out and enjoy themselves. Each bedroom has its own TV, extra USB outlets and walk in closets. All TVS have the latest streaming apps that guest can use to log into their accounts. The primary bedroom has a large on suite with walk in shower and separate spa soaking tub. Double Vanity space with bench seating and makeup mirror. If it’s work that brings you to town then there is a dedicated work desk upstairs with high speed Wi-Fi, monitor and docking station. Towels and linens are professionally laundered and replaced after every guest. *pack-n-play, high chair, safety gate available upon request This is a self service home and we provide paper towels, toilet paper, travel toiletries for 2 nights. Check in 4:00 pm Check out 11:00 am All guests names must be listed in booking. No parties or events allowed. Guests must receive permission for visitors prior to arrival. The home has 3 exterior security recordings devices that record video/sound 24 hours. Guests must disclose service animals at the time of booking to allow host time to prepare the home for the service animal stay. Guest access Home access through digital keypad with custom code for each guest. Access to whole home with exception of the garage. This is a residential neighborhood so please be respectful of our neighbors and their property. 3 security cameras located on the exterior of home with 24/7 video/sound recording. Houston experiences severe weather extremes and travel may disrupted. Power outages, flooding are out of host control. We highly recommend guests purchase travel insurance. All service animals must be disclosed at time of booking.
