🍇 The L'Echappée Champenoise holiday cottage is for 12 people and is just 3 minutes from the vineyards of Montagne de Reims 🍾Only 15 minutes from the Champagne Pommery, Veuve Clicquot, Ruinart and Taittinger cellars, and 1 h30 mn by car or 45 minutes by TGV from Paris Come and cycle in the Faux de Verzy, visit the Verzenay mill and the Verzenay lighthouse, all within 10 km by car 📣I am Anne-Lise, a winegrower and wine tourism guide at L'Echappée Champenoise, based in Reims in Champagne The space L'Echappée Champenoise is a 200 m² house, with 100 m² of living space, comprising five bedrooms, each decorated in a Champagne-themed style. There are three bathrooms and three separate toilets The mattresses and bed bases are of hotel standard. To lighten your luggage, bed linen, bath towels, bath mats, shower gel and shampoo are provided. The beds are made upon your arrival. A travel cot is available, but only upon request at the time of booking. In the dining room, you will find a large table seating 12 for your convivial meals. 🍽️ The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, American-style fridge-freezer, coffee maker, Senseo machine, kettle, toaster, citrus juicer, food processor, wine glasses, champagne flutes, a Weber charcoal barbecue, 2 raclette sets and 2 fondue sets Upstairs, you will find 5 bedrooms: 🛏 Pommery Vranken bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) and en-suite bathroom and toilet 🛏 Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) and television 🛏 Taittinger bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed and a television 🛏 Perrier-Jouet bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed, a television and an en-suite bathroom 🛏 Moët & Chandon bedroom with 4 single beds (90x200cm) A soccer and board games are available for your use You have access to a private courtyard with a teak garden table, 12 bistro-style chairs, a large parasol and a Weber charcoal barbecue 🚗 Private parking within the enclosed courtyard and free street parking 🌳 A 700m² garden with trees, a swing for children and a safe stream with a wooden barrier 🍾 The gîte is situated in the ‘Golden Triangle’ for exploring Champagne, between Reims, Châlons-en-Champagne and Épernay The Champagne houses Pommery-Vranken, Veuve Clicquot, Taittinger, Ruinart, Mumm and Lanson are 15 minutes from the gîte in Reims You can visit Reims Cathedral and Saint Remi Basilica, both of which are also in Reims Just 3 minutes from the gîte, you’ll find Champagne winegrowers in Villers-Marmery, Verzy, Verzenay and Mailly-Champagne, all classified as Grand Cru, where you can taste their champagne and even buy some!
