Other things to note *****Important Notice***** Our company policy for all reservations requires a refundable $250.00 security deposit, which is refunded after housekeeping cleans, inspects the unit, reporting there is not damage from the guest. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days of the cleaning and inspection process, which takes place the day of departure. After you book your reservation, a representative will be in contact with you to review our procedures. We will reach out to you by phone 7 days before arrival to collect the security deposit.
