Perfect for 1 but suitable for 2 (1 bed). This is located in a quiet safe neighborhood. If you require an early check-in please contact me as I may be able to accommodate. If you do not have access to a vehicle this might not be the best location for you as it is about a $20 taxi to city centre. The space The home is split into two separate/private units. Although they are completely private, it is only separated by an interior wall and a locked interior door so sound will travel. If you have a pet, they will be able to hear and smell other guests and their pets. If you think your pet will be reactive to this then this will not be a good place for you. Guest access The inside is all yours. The driveway is shared. Although the front deck and furniture is designated for your unit, the entrance to the other unit is also on the front deck so they will only use it enter and exit their suite. Other things to note No cats permitted. No hotplates or toasters permitted, you can only use what is provided. Your unit does not have control of the thermostat but there are fans and a space heater provided if you require a different temperature. We will not be around during your stay. I do check my messages frequently but if you have an emergency please phone my cell. I will always hear a phone call.
