Lovely 2 bed annex set in beautifully rural Northamptonshire, just 7min drive from Oundle. Walk straight out your front door into rolling countryside or to the village pub! Recently refurbished annex with open plan kitchen-diner, comfy settee, TV & covered porch for muddy wellies! 2 big double bedrooms with a spacious landing & shared bathroom upstairs. Outside is a courtyard with seating for alfresco dining. On road parking in the quiet village with private gated pedestrian entrance. The space The annex is nextdoor to our family home but is a separate building with separate access & front door. Parking is on the road with plenty of space. Access is via a private pedestrian gate into the courtyard then round to the front door. Travel cot available upon request. We respect your privacy however if needed we will be available throughout your stay. Our family includes 2 spaniels who are very friendly and will occasionally & enthusiastically greet you through the picket fence! Please note, there is little to no phone signal in the village - a perfect get away for a quiet break! However there is good WiFi connection & a smart TV. Guest access Full private use of Annex & courtyard throughout your stay.
