Breakfast- fresh fruit_cheeses. Covid test required or vaccinations. The space The studio room - thoroughly cleaned and-safe by the standard- safeguards of the Virus. The comfortable, well lit, quiet room accommodates up to two people(reservations go by number of people stay which is either one guest or two guest. Great WI-FI and CELL reception. Keep cool in the heat or warm in the cool evenings controlled by the vent for CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING and HEATING. Century City Westfield-10 minute walk- has good outdoor dining restaurants There are a variety of restaurants in the area. A large newsstand, pharmacy is 4 blocks away. Century City affords high end shopping, a more exclusive market. Sawtelle Blvd and Olympic Blvd (a couple of miles) jumps all day and evening for the best Japanese, Vietnamese, Chinese and Korean food and various choices. During your stay All guests must be vaccinated + booster shot. If coming from out of the country or state, the guest needs a test 3 days prior to arrival. Please, after you park in the driveway and exit your car, wear your mask on the property to the studio. It is a WALKING neighborhood where you see joggers and people with children and pets. We are two blocks to golf, tennis and a walking course at Rancho Park. People are expected to wear masks or shields when you walk in the neighborhood. I have lived many years in the house, which was originally built in 1928 on land that was once the ranch of a cowboy film star and now is close proximity to Fox and Sony studios. I am knowledgeable about the area and surrounding communities. I work at home now. As much as I have enjoyed meeting new people and visiting, due to Covid19 the situation has changed. I am available in the front of the house by phone or talking from social distancing.
