Upon entering the ground floor, you will find the spacious living-dining room that will allow you to relax, rest in the large armchairs, or watch TV. There is also a table and chairs to savor your favorite meals that you can prepare in the kitchen integrated into this space by a bar with stools. It is very well equipped with modern appliances and the necessary cooking utensils. For added comfort, the floor has air conditioning and a bathroom. But it doesn't end there, from the kitchen you can access the private barbecue, and the community pool area with a solarium, surrounded by sun loungers, vegetation and an unparalleled view. When it's time to recharge, you'll have the opportunity to do so in the three bedrooms on the top floor. All have air conditioning, and one of them stands out because it has a private bathroom and Jacuzzi. The superior room with a king-size bed has a private bathroom, dressing room, air conditioning, and a fan. The jewel of this room is the Jacuzzi a few meters from the bed; a place as exclusive as it is amazing. The second bedroom, with a queen-size bed, also has air conditioning, a fan, a TV, and a closet. The remaining room is equipped with a bunk bed with a double bed and two single beds. It has air conditioning, a fan, TV, and storage space. There is also a full bathroom with shower on this floor for all guests to have more privacy and comfort.
