Fawlty Towers-Best Budget Spot: Large Double Room

Established in 1996, Fawlty Towers is one of the original accommodation facilities in Livingstone. It is clean, basic & affordable & is located on the edge of Livingstone town centre so you will be able access everything from this centrally located place including the Victoria Falls, which is just 8kms away & to which we run an affordable shuttle 3 - 4 days of the week. We have a pool, a day spa, a bar & an activities office where you can book activities at operator rates (not marked up). The space Our largest double rooms, which overlook our large tropical gardens, are what we call our "deluxe doubles". The deluxe double sleeps 2 & is approximately 4m x 4m in size, with an ensuite wet-room style bathroom, towels, a/c, safe, kettle, mosquito net, ottoman & armchair & we also provide complimentary, tea, instant coffee, coffee creamer, shower gel & shampoo on arrival. A free basic breakfast is included & is available between 7am - 10 am, free tea & instant coffee is available between 7h00 &16h30 & free pancakes are available every afternoon, all at our, in-house, Basil Cafe. There is no television, bar fridge or WiFI in the room, but drinks & a television, airing morning news & major sporting events & WiFi are available at our gorgeous bar/lounge. We have a no smoking policy in the buildings and ask that all guests respect this. Guest access All guests staying at Fawlty Towers can access the following: THE PAMPER ME DAY SALON – Be pampered with a massage, manicure, pedicure and hair braiding. A CRYSTAL-CLEAR SWIMMING POOL – Cool off with a dip in the pool or simply relax on a sun-lounger. BIG TROPICAL GARDENS – Find a peaceful corner and chill. THE BASIL CAFÉ – Enjoy al fresco breakfasts and lunches. Evening BBQs can be arranged for groups of 6 or more. SELF CATERING KITCHEN – Bring your own food and prepare your own meals. (THIS SERVICE MAY BE TEMPORARILY CLOSED FOR REURBISHMENT. PLEASE ENQUIRE) LAUNDRY SERVICE – Available for a fee. WIFI – Catch up with friends and family back home – Available in the bar/lounge & Café area. BAR / LOUNGE – Wind down with a beer at the bar or chill on one of the comfy couches with a cocktail. BOARD GAMES – Keep the family entertained with a game of Scrabble, Connect 4 or Cards. ACTIVITIES OFFICE – Let our activities office consultant book you Livingstone’s top activities at operator rates ie: we will book for you at no additional charge ie: no booking fees. FALLS SHUTTLE - 10h00 am on Mon, Wed, Fri and then on Saturday or Sunday depending on our driver’s availability. K20 pp (or approx $1 depending on the ROE) with aminimum of 5 people for the bus to move. AIRPORT PICK UP – A transfer is available for approx $10 per transfer – Please enquire. CANCELLATION POLICY & FEES Fawlty Towers is unable to offer refunds on cancelled bookings. Note however, if you should cancel your booking 14 days or more in advance, you may change your booking to an open booking which allows you to select a more suitable future date over the next eighteen months (subject to availability).
