As you pull in to the driveway you can see Ben Lomond Peak to the north, & Lewis Peak to the East! We can fit 2-3 cars in the driveway and RV pad, just no parking in front of the main two car garage 👍🏻 Our place is the perfect stop to or from your vacation to rest and take a load off of traveling! We have so many guests on their way to or from places like Yellowstone, and we love being a stop on your journey!! 🛏️Make yourself at home with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen and living area! Our family does live on the main floor, and there will be some noise. We go to bed by 9, and are up around 7:30am. Please reach out if there are any issues with noise! FREE wifi, and also access to Disney+, Hulu, paramount+ and Netflix! ⚠️* There are STAIRS to get down to the apartment. The garage is well lit, and has a handrail, but we want our guests to be cautious and safe going down the stairs. If it’s raining, please be sure to wipe off your shoes on the rug to reduce the chance of slipping** 🌡️** There is no thermostat in the space- so please message host the temperature you’d like the space to be at. Otherwise we keep the space between 67-71, so if you prefer a certain temp, please let us know! The Living Room🛋️ Play one of the many card/board games or puzzles provided in the large living room, play on our retro game console, or snuggle up in the provided blankets as you watch a movie on the 60” TCL TV! The couch in the Living room also doubles as a queen bed. Bedroom 1🛏️ This room features a higher-up green tea memory foam queen bed and also has a twin air mattress in the closet to accommodate more sleepers. You can watch shows in the bedroom on the 43" Roku TV. Bedroom 2🛏️ This room features a lower green tea memory foam California king bed and has a pack n' play in the closet in case you are bringing a little one in need of a little bed. You can also watch shows in the bedroom on the 43" Roku TV. The Kitchen We have a full kitchen that should fill any needs during your stay! Full-sized fridge, dishwasher, an oven/air fryer combo and microwave. Our pantry is stocked with different foods and also has other small cooking appliances like a toaster, waffle maker and skillet! The cupboards around the oven are full of pots and pans, and other essentials like oils and salt and pepper. The cupboards around the sink have plates, cups and cutlery, as well as other things like a blender and kettle for tea. Enjoy freshly brewed coffee, tea, or hot chocolate in the Keurig (coffee, tea and hot chocolate are provided!) ☕️ Other Features Get your competitive side going on our “Pop a shot” right inside the garage entrance for you to enjoy! 🏀 We also have a complimentary welcome basket with water and snacks for you to enjoy during your stay! Another feature we offer is a place for you to hang your skis during your stay, right inside the garage! If you brought your bikes or other items (kayaks/tubes/other toys), you are welcome to bring those inside the garage as well, as long as they fit! 😁 The yard is NOT an amenity. Guest access You may park on the RV pad (2 cars can fit here), or in front of our third car garage (only one car can fit here! You have your own private entrance on the RV pad. We will send you a code to unlock the doors to your apartment. Once inside the garage, you can stop and play on the Pop-A-Shot and hang your skis, or you can go down the stairs and enter that same code to get through the door to the apartment. If you have any trouble at all don’t hesitate to ask your host! Going past the screen dividers in the garage is NOT permitted, and could be cause for eviction. Other things to note Please note that we are a young family upstairs with kids and so are the neighbors around us. Please be respectful. No wild parties or events are allowed. We will make some noise above you, as we have little ones. If you need it quiet during certain times during the day (work meetings/naps etc. please let us know) we are quiet from 9pm-7:45am. Quiet hours are from 10:30pm-7am. Please keep noise down during quiet hours. This is a basement apartment of the home. Smoking in or Near the property is grounds for eviction. Also, you will be charged an extra cleaning fee to pay for smoke smell/damage. Any illegal activity (including marijuana use) is immediately reported to authorities and is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund. Absolutely NO PETS. If you have brought your pet with you we will charge a $50 animal cleaning fee and ask you to leave with no refund. We can only accommodate 2-3 vehicles in the driveway, as long as they aren’t parked in front of the 2 car garage.
