The home features four comfortable, carpeted bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms, including a bathtub ideal for winding down after a big day. Enjoy both indoor and outdoor dining areas—perfect for sharing meals, BBQs, or simply soaking up the peaceful views. Whether you’re here for adventure or relaxation, this home offers the best of both. The space Each of the four bedrooms comfortably accommodates two guests and is equipped with built-in wardrobes, side tables, and reading lamps for a restful stay. The master bedroom boasts a spacious ensuite and its own air-conditioning, while the main bathroom features a large bathtub and a separate toilet—perfect for families or groups. The living room is designed for relaxation, with two cozy lounge chairs, a brand-new smart TV (plus a large collection of DVDs), WiFi access, and board games. With refreshing sea breezes, air-conditioning, and glimpses of the beach, it’s the ideal spot to enjoy your morning cuppa. Step out onto the deck with a large BBQ, offering a second dining option where you can share meals outdoors while taking in the coastal atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen includes a new dishwasher, microwave, oven, and stovetop, along with complimentary tea, coffee, and condiments. Downstairs, guests have access to a laundry with both a washing machine and dryer, plus clotheslines, as well as a gently sloping grassy backyard, perfect for kids to play or for soaking up the fresh coastal air. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and yard during the stay. There is a laundry with washing machine downstairs which unlocks with the given key. We have padlocked the kayaks downstairs and the key is in the key box. We have 1 lock up storage unit downstairs and 2 small locked storage cupboards inside for personal items that guests cannot access. Other things to note There is two undercover car spaces under the house with more room in the driveway, to the left of the house and street parking available. Please note that the living spaces are on the second level with stairs at the front and back of the house with security lighting.
