Welcome to Villa Laurca! The space Old Gascon farmhouse from the 1850s, completely renovated in 2024 to combine the character of the old with all modern comforts. Villa Laurca welcomes you to meet with family, friends or for your professional events, come and get away from it all in the capital of Gascony in Auch. Located in a green setting (one hectare wooded park), close to the Bois d'Auch, the Golf d'Embats and the Bouscassé stables, the location of Villa Laurca is ideal for a relaxing vacation. The 100 m² living room offers you a spacious and bright living area open to the outside with its glass wall overlooking the 60 m² terrace and the pool. Each room has been designed to create a unique and luxurious environment with refined materials that respect the history of the place. The Airzone reversible air conditioning system will allow you to adjust the temperature using a thermostat in each room. Activities are available on site: billiards, darts, pétanque, ping pong table, swimming pool, or nearby: electric scooter rides, golf, quad biking, paintball, horseback riding, escape room, tree climbing, etc... We will advise you on your arrival on activities, restaurants and places to visit in the area. A deposit of €1,500 will be required upon arrival by check or cash (returned at the end of your stay). Detailed description: 6 bedrooms, capacity for 15 people: - 4 suites with double bed, private shower room and toilet. -1 bedroom with double bed (bathroom and toilet shared with the dormitory room). - 1 "dormitory" bedroom with two single beds, a bunk bed consisting of two single beds and an "extra" bed. - Kitchen with double oven, stovetop, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and filter coffee machine, dishwasher. All the essentials in terms of dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils. - Bed linen and towels in each room. - Wi-Fi throughout the house via Starlink satellite. - Devialet Bluetooth speaker in the living room. - Large screen high definition TV in the living room with sound bar. - Gas grill for outdoor grilling.
