Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Family country home, a Burgundy "Longère" set in a quaint hamlet with a large yard and a private pool. Rustic charm, simple "vintage" furniture, and modern comfort. Perfect for family or friends' reunions, for a weekend away from the city, for a quiet and relaxing vacation time. Note: We provide only bed linens. BYO bath and pool towels. 12 guests maximum. Large groups, noisy parties outdoors are not allowed. The space The house can comfortably accommodate up to 12 persons. No extra guests or large parties are allowed. A spacious living and dining room is the center of the house. It features a large farmhouse dining table that sits 12 and a comfy sitting area. In front of the wood-burning fireplace, there is a cozy TV nook equipped with an HD TV (local channels only). The living room opens onto the fully functional kitchen (fridge/freezer, induction cooktop, convection and microwave ovens, dishwasher, washing machine + small appliances) with a large central island and original terracotta tiles. On the ground floor, there are 2 master bedrooms with private en-suite shower rooms and outdoor access. One has a king-size bed and a travel baby cot, the other a queen size. Upstairs, there is a large dorm (with 6 XL single beds) that comfortably sleeps children or adults and an additional cozy double room with a shared toilet and bath. All bedrooms have hardwood floors. The property sits on a large private yard with mature trees landscaping. There is a 4m x 9m heated swimming pool. There is also a swing set and a game of table tennis (ping-pong). Playing cards and board games are also provided. We provide bed linens only. Bring your own bath and pool towels. Guest access Whole house. Large 2 acres private yard, heated pool, outdoor BBQ, and garden furniture. Outdoor private parking space for 5 vehicles facing the house gate. Warning: there are stairs/steps outside and inside the house which might be an issue for some parents of toddlers. We also regret but the house is not suitable for people in wheelchairs. Always keep the pool roller shutter closed and locked when not in use. Other things to note Bath and pool towels are not included in the price, please bring your own.
