The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique 10,000 sq ft space. It can sleep 23. This house is located only 3.5 miles from the Nashville airport and 16 mins from downtown. It has 4 upper level bedrooms plus 3 lower level bedrooms totaling several rooms to allow your group to have plenty of privacy , along with 6.5 bathrooms. This house also has a spacious 650 sq ft event room, for any event or party. Tables and chairs, in the pictures, are included. The space This property will accommodate your large group, while also giving everyone their own space and privacy by not having multiple bunk beds in each room. This house includes 9 bedroom beds, 3 queen blow-up matress beds, and 1 roll-away bed for a total of 13 beds, creating numerous sleeping accomodations for your group. This house also has plenty of entertainment space, a game room, theater and a 650 sq ft event space for all your events. This event space includes tables, table cloths, & chairs. If needed, you are free to bring additional tables, chairs or anything else you need for your event. This property also has an additional 3-queen size, built-in-pump, blow-up matresses which are listed under the living room beds, and 2 roll-away beds, to provide extra sleeping accomodations for your group. A vedio tour is also avaliable to watch. Other things to note The Bouncy-House Is not included with the rental, however the arrangments can be made with the local vendor to provide them to you. The white table cloths are included, however the black table cloths and black chair covers with table decor are not included, as those pictures were taken from a previous event by other guest and provided to us to show how they utilized the space for their event.
