Casa Lia was built in the 1990s and retains all its original charm to this day, combining comfort, sophistication and a welcoming atmosphere. Located amidst the exuberance of the Serra do Mar National Park, our house is less than 500 meters from the charming Rio-Santos highway and close to some of the most beautiful beaches on the north coast. Guest access At Casa Lia, our guests have access to all shared areas, designed to provide comfort and leisure: cozy living rooms, restaurant, swimming pool with a view, game room, TV room, shared and fully equipped kitchen, as well as a spa space with a Jacuzzi and sauna for moments of relaxation. We also provide an exclusive parking space per accommodation. We are in a prime location, close to well-structured beaches and, within a radius of up to 2 km, you will find bakeries, bars, restaurants and markets for your convenience. During your stay At Casa Lia, you are invited to enjoy every space: a swimming pool with a view, saunas, a Jacuzzi and a large green area. Our environment is perfect for families, groups and workshops, combining relaxation and integration with nature. For those who like to move around, we are only a 10–15 minute walk from Cocanha Beach and the area is excellent for cycling. In the house restaurant, we serve meals that mix the best of the caipira and caiçara cuisine. Other things to note At Casa Lia, we believe that the greatest luxury is time well lived. That's why we only have one TV in the living room, designed for meetings and sharing. Our satellite internet reaches the living spaces – main house, pool and restaurant – but does not reach the rooms. There, the invitation is different: disconnect from the screens, listen to the sounds of the mountains and the sea and immerse yourself in the calm of our refuge.
