INSIDE THE HOME As you enter the lower level, you will find two separate queen bedrooms, a bedroom with twin bunks (with a slide!), and a combination laundry room and bath with a shower. The upper level features a sunny open living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and an open dining area. The primary bedroom can be found on this floor complete with a king bed and is located directly across from a full bath with tiled walk in shower. OUTSIDE Two sets of sliders off the living room provide plenty of light and open to a spacious deck with a view of the shoreline and a private patio area tucked away, complete with gas and charcoal grills, a fire pit, and an outdoor shower. Climb the steps to the private observation deck and unwind from your day on the water while taking in a famous Lake Michigan sunset. THE LOCATION Enjoy the convenience of being just a 5-minute drive from Downtown Grand Haven, where you will find a great variety of restaurants, boutique shopping, coffee shops, breweries, and a new social district.
