Welcome to Victorian Loft Living! This Loft Studio is located in a delightful Victorian building dating from 1864, on the 2nd floor (UK). Originally this building was a family house. Your friendly hosts - Steve & Ruben - are around and available to meet shall you need us. We are also monitoring our Airbnb Messenger to make sure we respond promptly to all of your requests. Once your booking with us is confirmed you will get our phone numbers to call for any questions. The space On the main floor there is a large sofa, ideal for sitting, or sleeping also. There is a table and chairs for working on, and all power outlets take UK, and European plugs of 2-pin design. The Loft Studio has a mini-kitchen with sink, microwave and refrigerator, ideal for quick and simple meals. Supplied with the basic kitchen utensils, and crockery and cutlery. Important Green Policy: Our heating is on in the Mornings and the early Evenings only. Our Hot Water is 24/7. Other things to note There is a Fire Alarm system in place for your safety. No smoking please! We have a washing machine located under the stairs, on the Ground floor ( USA 1st floor). Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.
