Loft in the countryside, for a quiet and exotic stay. The living room (about 60m2) is upstairs. The ground floor bathroom (toilet and shower) includes a jacuzzi. Direct access by glass door to the covered swimming pool (and heated to 28 degrees). The loft is in a wing of the main residence. It can actually accommodate 4 people. 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed in 140 with mattress for daily sleeping. The kitchen was installed in June 2024. The loft is upstairs. The bathroom is on the ground floor (toilet and Italian shower). It also includes a Jacuzzi. We can add an extra bedroom, spacious and comfortable, with its own bathroom (toilet, shower and bathtub). This brings the capacity to 6 people, in 2 large bedrooms this room is accessible PMR. (See listing lodge style loft plus bedroom) You can park in the parking lots of the property (a few meters away). We will provide you with the keys to a garage where you will find at all times different amenities (hanging rack, ironing board) and outdoor games (badminton, adult / children's balls, croquet, table tennis rackets etc.). This garage can house your bikes. Your stay includes access to the swimming pool heated to 28 degrees (open from mid-April to mid-October depending on weather). It is accessible at reasonable times (about 9am-8pm). It is also open to the residents of the cottage (2 to 4 people) and to the owners if they are present. By booking the loft plus a bedroom AND the cottage (or other listings), you will have 10 beds (5 beds in 4 bedrooms) and you will benefit for your group from the privatization of the Jacuzzi and the almost exclusive use of the pool (except owners). Indoor spaces (including the indoor swimming pool) are strictly non-smoking. There are plenty of outdoor areas for smokers. This home is an extension of the owners' longhouse. it has private access. The owners are often away, traveling for work. It has a shaded outdoor terrace (also in the extension of the owners' terrace). Guest access Guests can use the Jacuzzi privately. You will have access to the pool (direct access through your shower room, or through the garden). The pool is likely to be used by hosts of another gite on the estate (capacity of 4 people maximum) and by the owners, when they are present (regularly on business trips). The pool is covered and heated to 28 degrees (from May to mid-October) The property includes an old mill, a small house, a wood and a river (1st category for trout: a permit is required, even to fish in the private part of the river. In the main house, the owner has a library of over 4000 books. In her absence, you will be able to request access from the housekeeper and you can borrow either work for the duration of your stay. Other things to note You will benefit from the presence of a housekeeper at the reception and departure, and at any time, on a simple call. The whole property is for quiet and relaxing stays.
