The Annexe Loddon, Norfolk Broads National Park

A self contained Annexe in the vibrant market town of Loddon, part of the Norfolk Broads National Park. Adjacent to our home but with it's own entrance, it's just a 10 minute walk into Loddon with its pubs and shops. This one bedroom annexe has an open plan living area and a small patio. There is easy access to Norwich, Beccles and the South Norfolk coastline, by car or bus. The annexe has a dedicated parking space, and the nearest bus stop is less than 100m from Kings Wood cul-de-sac. The space The annexe is a one bedroom property with an open plan living area. There is a small step to enter the property at the front, however, step free access is possible by using the patio doors. Please contact us if you require this option. The property inside is step free. As you enter the property through the front door you will find space to hang your coats and leave your shoes. The living area has a comfortable 2 seat sofa, and wall mounted TV for cosy nights in. The kitchen has a 4 ring electric hob, small air fryer/oven and microwave for preparing simple meals. A kettle and toaster are also available along with some basic provisions including tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt and pepper. The bedroom has a double bed, and plenty of wardrobe space. There are bed side lights and USB charging points for your mobile. There is a small hairdryer and mirror available for guests as well as an iron ironing board which can be found in the wardrobe. The shower room has a large walk in shower cubicle with electric shower. A shower stool is available if required. Guest access The keys are kept in a lock box and you will receive the code for this just before you arrive. There is a small step up to the front door, however, the property is step free inside. Step free access is available by using the patio doors as an entrance. Please contact us if you need this so we can unlock the back gate to allow direct access to the patio. The annexe is completely self-contained with its own parking space and entrance. The small patio has 2 comfortable outside chairs and a small table for those important 'sun downers' before dinner.
