The space This is an older home built in the 1900’s with new upgrades and accommodations.Each bedroom contains a queen size bed with closet and extra blankets,box fans,ceiling fans,window air conditioners in bedrooms,living room and hallway,extra space heaters and new washer and dryer.The living room and kitchen are equipped with a 68” ceiling fan also.There is no central air conditioning but these investments should help keep you cool on hot summer nights and warm in cooler months as well along with the wall furnace units downstairs and upstairs.There are 43” led tv’s in every room with over 200 plus channels to choose from.Some of the air conditioners are self containing units which means they well need to be manually drained sometimes depending on heavy usage,there is a plug on the side that you simply pull off and place bowl at spout where water will drain and replace plug. Guest access All spaces Other things to note Please clean up any dog poop or cat poop left in the backyard or anywhere on the property or there will be an extra added pet cleaning fee request of a minimum of $100.00 or more aside from the standard pet fee if you bring a pet.The pet fee is for the animal to be in the home not for the owner to clean up piles of poop left by them.
