Marvellous Studio in Brixton

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place on Brixton Hill. A converted studio is situated in the bustling neighbourhood of Brixton, with everything you need for a great value stay. Located in vibrant multi-cultural Brixton which has great amenities close-by and arguably the best world food eateries and nightlife in London. You are literally 5 minutes by bus(coming every 2-3 minutes) from Brixton tube station with Direct access to Central London in a matter of minutes. The space This cute studio is on the top third floor in a converted Victorian house. The studio has a living area with two single sofas which easily converts into beds (can push them together to turn into a double bed). The bedroom area (divided with a curtain for privacy), a standard UK size double bed (135cm x 190cm). There is a kitchenette with microwave, toaster, kettle, sink, fridge, dining set, cutlery, etc. There is plenty of space for storage such as wardrobe and wall units. The flat is located on a side road, therefore it is quiet and perfect to relax after a busy day out. Guest access The studio is within a converted Victorian house with 5 other private self contained studio apartments. Guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire apartment, ensuring complete privacy throughout their stay. The space is not shared, allowing you to fully relax and make yourself at home. We operate on a self-check-in system for added convenience. Although you'll be able to view check details through the app approximately 48 hours before check in time. Full check-in details, including access instructions, will be provided before noon on the day of your arrival. This ensures a smooth and hassle-free start to your stay, allowing you to arrive at your own pace. Other things to note Self Check in instructions will be visible on the Airbnb app 48 hours before check in and detailed instructions will be delivered before noon on the day of your arrival. There is no lift in the building and the studio is located on the first floor (there are two flights of stairs to climb). We do not have a luggage storage facility, so please arrange this if you arrive early. Upon check in, you will be provided with 2 rolls of toilet paper- after that you will need to provide your own. We do not provide Travel adaptors - please organise this before arrival. Please do not unplug the WiFi or move any furniture. The WiFi is a home broadband connection and is shared with other guests, so the signal may occasionally drop in and out. While I do my best to ensure a stable connection, I can't guarantee perfect signal 100% of the time. Any request for infant high chair or travel cot must be requested 24 hours before check in. Brixton is diverse and has a multi-cultural community, if you are not comfortable with diversity, this is not the place for you.
