The space Picturesque country living nestled at the end of a private road gated on around 5 ACRES of bordered trees for year-round privacy and tranquility. Property includes; a beautiful secluded pond, heavily treed, garage and covered parking, private driveway, wrap-around porch and scenic treed park. This well kept Storybook property also includes, 4 bds, 2.5 baths all at around 3000 sq ft, neutral-colored flooring throughout, spacious bedrooms, a fireplace in the living and primary bedroom, vaulted ceilings & more. 1 King bed, 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed. Has two smaller kids play rooms upstairs as well that we include some fun for them. Art table and toys. Country living & close to amenities & convenient access to Lake Lavon, Tickey Creek Park & Highland Park Boat Ramp. There is plenty of room for all your needs. Fenced in lit Pickleball and Bball court Extra fees: - Additional clean up fee for outside events - when having additional guests over for outside event with over 8 guests Other things to note Thinking of hosting an event during your stay? We’d love to consider it! Please note: Events must be approved before reserving/booking and are subject to a $1500+ fee for up to 7 hours. All events must wrap up by 10pm. Max 45 guests if using outside. 20 Guests if the event is mainly indoors. A $200 extra cleaning fee applies for events, with possible additional charges if extra cleanup is needed. Carpet cleaning, if required, is an additional $120. Parking: Extra cars must park outside the gate — please no parking on the grass. The septic system disperses on the grass and would easily break the pipes if cars park on the grass.. The Host will need to unlock the gate to keep it open and return at 10pm to reactivate it. Normal stay Guest Count: Your stay includes up to 4 guests. Additional guests are $25 per night, per guest. A Few Country Notes: You might hear a rooster or two in the morning – part of the charm of being in the countryside! We spray for bugs monthly, but being in nature, you may still see a few outdoors.
