El Rincón de la Vieja is the perfect house for nature lovers, those who enjoy water sports or those who need a break. Ideal house for families and large groups, couples, adventurers, business travelers and any nature lover. The space El Rincón de la Vieja has two houses, a pool area, a common area and direct access to the Barra de Santiago estuary. House 1: This is the original house, an open hallway with 5 rooms on the sides. Room 1: A king size bed and a bunk bed, full bathroom Bedroom 2: One king-size bed, full bathroom Bedroom 3: One queen size bed, full bathroom Room 4: Three twin beds, shared bathroom Room 5: One king-size bed and one twin-size bed, shared bathroom House 2: This is the new and most modern house, with a living area, open kitchen, guest bathroom, deck, hammock area, barbecue and two bedrooms on the second floor. Room 6: One king-size bed and one twin-size bed, full bathroom Room 7: One king-size bed and one twin-size bed, full bathroom All rooms have air conditioning. We do not have hot water on the premises. The common area has 3 fans. In addition, the rental includes kayaks, volleyball net, floats, vests (different sizes), board games and icebox, crib, portable chair and baby bathtub for our guests to use. Guest access The rental includes the 7 bedrooms, common area, pool area and deck. Other things to note Extra charges: 1. Use of the boat: transportation to the estuary, walk to the sea or take a trip to the mangroves. The use of the boat has an additional value of $25.00 per ride and will only be handled by the housekeeper. 2. Cleaning: The employee may be hired to clean rooms and common area, bathrooms, kitchen cleaning and general cleaning for a value of $20.00 per day. 3. Agua Cristal: The house rental includes a jug of water per day. If another is needed, you can request it from the guard for $5.00. 4. French Bread: You can order local artisanal French bread for breakfast the night before. You can ask the employee for information on quantities and prices. 5. Additional guests: There will be an additional charge of $10.00 per day per person. 6. If you are food lovers, we have a fisherman who brings us fresh seafood daily. You can make arrangements with the guard to make your request. 7. We have a Hobby brand sailboat that can be rented for $100
