The area on the east side (entrance) and the meadow are also used by the landlords. Guests have their own car park directly at the house. Other things to note Visitor's tax: As Adelboden is a health resort, a visitor's tax is payable for the stay. This amounts to CHF 5.20 per night and person and CHF 2.10 per night and person for children from 6 to 16 years. Children under the age of 6 are exempt from the visitor's tax. Guest card: With the guest card you can use public transport in the region free of charge and benefit from other activities and discounts. The ‘Boden Wendeplatz’ bus stop is less than 5 minutes' walk away. Access: The last 30 metres of the access road are relatively steep. In winter it is therefore advisable to bring snow chains if you do not have four-wheel drive. * The flat is located right next to the Chuenisbärgli chairlift and the cross-country ski trail. * The valley station of the Silleren cable car can be reached in 15 minutes on foot and in 5 minutes by car or bus. * The Engstligenalp valley station can be reached by car or bus in approx. 10 minutes. * Alpine and cross-country ski hire is a 5-minute walk away. * The Oester bakery/grocery shop Volg is less than 5 minutes' walk away. * If you want to eat out: Restaurant Bodenhüttli and the Wildstrubel Lodge are a 5-minute walk away. * Combine your restaurant and shopping trip with a leisurely stroll into the village of Adelboden.
