50 km from TOULOUSE, I rent this house close to ours but without vis-à-vis, quiet, with its large covered terrace and access to the pool and garden. I DO NOT ACCEPT CHILDREN UNDER 12 YEARS OLD, except infants (presence of an unprotected pond). Teens are welcome! JULY AUGUST: WEEKLY rental preferably from Saturday to Saturday. On the ground floor, you have - a kitchen area, - a dining area with water point, - a living room, - one bedroom with a 140 bed and plenty of storage. - The bathroom connects with the bedroom and the hallway. - A separate toilet. The staircase – quite steep – leads to the mezzanine which contains a 140 bed and a 90 bed. - The terrace, 40 m², south-facing, is equipped for barbecue, meals, relaxation (garden furniture, hammock). - Pool shared with us, there has never been a problem with this. - Possibility to plug in an electric car (2-3 kW). - Ability to cook your own duck. - Pool games, board games, petanque, hammocks... HISTORY Restored in the years 2000-2010, this house has a history: in the 19th century it was the home of agricultural servants and the stable. You will find some discreet traces of that. It is mainly built of raw earth bricks (rammed earth), which is why it stays cool in summer. FOR FOODIES, a renowned gourmet restaurant in the village, but also excellent traditional or other restaurants 5 minutes away. Gourmet summer evenings. FOR SHOPPING, the famous Samatan market, Monday morning + Gras market and live poultry market. Supermarket and all shops 2 minutes away. FOR ENTERTAINMENT: summer entertainment, hiking, games in the trees and in the corn, lakes TO VISIT nearby: the beautiful villages of the Gers, circuits, peasant museums. Guest access The house and the terrace are yours. You have access to the garden where a few chickens walk around, and to the pool that we use little, sharing has never been a problem. You can hang the hammock wherever you like. Other things to note Chickens in the wild. Rooftop photovoltaic panels. Remember to declare people under the age of 18 as minors/children, your tourist tax will be lower.
