The household is serviced by four bathrooms, with one conveniently located for beachgoers on the bottom floor. The ample well-equipped kitchen is distributed around a central island, with access to the barbecue in a landscaped backyard. Vila O Hio is equipped with all expected comforts in a luxury villa (heated floor, modern laundry room, …) while committing to environmental protection through biomass-powered heating and hot water through solar energy. The property is fully enclosed. In this private back yard, hammocks have been fitted to mature oak trees and lemons are ready for the picking for a freshly squeezed lemonade. All three terraces are sea-facing. Two have been appointed with lounge chairs, and the third serves as dining area.
