It overlooks the U of A Practice fields and is walkable to Bryant-Denny Stadium (8 min walk, 0.5 mi away), Coleman Coliseum (7-10 min walk, 0.5 mi away), Sorority Row (some houses are right across the street) and more! You can't ask for a better location. The condo is equipped with a grill, TVs in all rooms & a corner balcony with outdoor furniture. There is a workout facilities just down the hallway from the unit. There are 2 elevators for the complex. Bedroom 1: Queen Bed. Bedroom 2: Queen Bed+ Bathroom attached with a tub shower. Bedroom 3: Queen Bed + Bathroom attached with a walk in shower. The third full bathroom is located in the hallway and has a tub shower. There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests. *Guest are NOT allowed to be on the balcony during Alabama Football Practice. Hefty fines are given out if violations occur. *This is NOT a pet friendly property!
