The Town Of Windsor has local farm to table dining, shopping, tasting rooms, breweries plus summertime movies in the park and live music by well-known cover bands! The space The space Gorgeous living area with vaulted ceilings, modern decor and natural lighting. Dining area with tall ceilings, picture windows seats 8 ~ Primary bedroom w/ king bed, walk in closet & en suite bath w/ large tub. three guest queen bedrooms with comfy bedding, closets and shared bath w/ tub are all located upstairs. Two guest bedrooms have desks/dedicated workspaces Open concept family room with plush seating and big screen tv opens into the kitchen and lush patio area for Al-fresco dining with friends and family to enjoy! Hot tub, anyone?! Plus fire table for those starry nights with a glass of wine or cup of cocoa! Please note: Sonoma County Taxes are waived w/ 32+ day stays per the town of Windsor. For breakfast, we recommend Café Noto in downtown, or a hearty breakfast at Skillets Café. For Asian cuisine, we have Tomi Thai, a family run and unfortunately only open Monday through Friday, but definitely worth the effort. We also have Umé Japanese Bistro if you like sushi. The Himalayan Restaurant cannot be beat for their curries. KC’s American Kitchen has the best onion rings ever! I have heard Sweet T’s has great comforting Southern food. If you need pastries, meat pies or fresh bread, go to BurtoNZ Bakery. The Publican Windsor for a Sports bar. Russian River Brewery is our local microbrewery and has a large array of tasty brews. For live music check out Coyote Sonoma & Elephant Bar in Healdsburg. The California in Santa Rosa. Hop Monk Tavern in Sebastopol. Please note: home is in very peaceful residential neighborhood. Landscaper arrives weekly on Fridays at about 1pm and spa tech arrives weekly on Tuesdays at about 2pm. Please recycle as the city of Windsor fines for not separating recyclables/trash and take out bins weekly on Wed nights. There are two spaces in the driveway. Guests will have access to the one space on the right side of the driveway and street parking. Please do not park in front of the mailbox or we will be fined by the city. Please park on right side of driveway only. Parking space on left side of the driveway must remain open for the independent studio (w/ separate entrance) occupied by a nurse/health care professional for several months ~ who does not have access to the spa. Studio walls are sound proof. We kindly request once a month cleaning by our trusted vetted long time cleaner, Sheri, who will deep clean the home to maintain it close to its original condition for our next guests ~ included in the cost of the reservation. Up to 2 pets only. No Cats 40lbs weight limit Pet deposit is $200 per pet We kindly request monthly cleanings for long term stays.
