Description
Large room in charming home: 1 bed 2 pers, 1 bed 1 pers (possible 1 extra bed). Bright and comfortable, in the heart of the old town of Chécy, a stone's throw from the banks of the Loire, 15 minutes from Orléans. Sophie will be happy to host you in her large house where you can enjoy some shared indoor and outdoor spaces. Private ensuite bathroom. Sheets + towels provided. Possibility of breakfast and dinner (with surcharge) on request and reservation at least 1 day before. The space The house is large and composed of several buildings and outbuildings dating from the 17th and 15th centuries. The rooms are bright and have beautiful volumes. The renovation has respected the authenticity of the place as much as possible. In the center of the house and surrounded by the outbuildings, is a large courtyard (350 m2) where it's nice to eat when the weather is mild. At the back of the barn, quiet, the garden offers a green space of 700 m2, embellished with a henhouse inhabited by 2 Chilean hens that lay blue eggs! Guest access You will have access to certain common areas and in particular to the large living room with TV and dedicated workspace. You will also have access to the large courtyard where it is nice to have meals in summer and to the garden which is quietly located behind the outbuilding. For stays of a minimum of one week, the kitchen and dining room can be shared with the hosts and you can have all the amenities and have your meals, at your convenience, in the kitchen, dining room, courtyard, garden or in the shaded dining area of the outbuilding with a country and authentic atmosphere (15th century). During your stay You can reach me by email or phone and simply directly when I am present in the house at the beginning or end of the day. Other things to note Possibility of adding an extra bed (pull-out bed) for 1 child (€7 supplement)
