Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, modern, and comfy place to stay. Go swimming, kayaking, and paddle-boarding from the private dock. Roast smores over the firepit while stargazing over the lake. Have your morning coffee while you watch the family of ducks. A great place to get away, with the convenience of town only minutes away, and a short drive to Portland too. The space Open concept living room, dining room, kitchen. Two loft bedrooms, one has a king bed, the other has two twin beds. Big yard with space to play and hang, and swim. Guest access You will have the entire place to yourself. Back yard with lawn and dog run, partially fenced in side yard, with picnic table, fire pit, Adirondack chairs, and water-side with dock and sandy swimming area. Other things to note We have 2 kayaks, stand-up paddle board, cornhole set, and numerous water floating toys you are free to use. We have fishing poles and a tackle box as well for snagging some fish off the dock. We just set up a new dog run in the backyard, so you can clip your pup in and not worry! We have a great firepit but do not supply firewood. There are numerous places along the camp road and Rte 302 coming in, where you can buy it in bundles very cheap.
