Located in Calle Hermosa, a couple of minutes drive from the beautiful black sand beach, some of the best surf in Costa Rica and ocean front restaurants. We have fast fiber-optic internet connection so you can work and stay connected. Enjoy your coffee looking at the colorful scarlet macaws and toucans perched in the almond trees of our backyard and smell the sweet scent of the flowers from the Ilang Ilang tree. Our house has wifi, a fully equipped kitchen with stove with oven and granite countertops, comfy living area with large sofa, and a terrace with dining table and large hammock so you feel at home. Our casita has two bedrooms with a full bed each, new bed linens and bath towels. There is air conditioning in the main living area and in one of the bedrooms. All rooms have ceiling fans. We have a desk so you can work comfortably. Our property has a large private yard with tropical plants and fruit trees, which makes the house very fresh and cool. We have an outside shower so you can rinse off after the beach. There’s secure parking space for 2 cars inside the property. We have a laundry space with an automatic washer and roofed area to hang clothes to dry. This house is perfect for 1 or 2 couples or a small family. Playa Hermosa is a magical place and our home is a great spot to enjoy it! We recommend having your own car. There's private secure parking inside the property for 2 cars. The distance to the beach & restaurants is 2,3 km and 1 km to the closest mini market (a couple of minute drive). People also choose to have a bike to move around (we can coordinate and get one for you if you’re interested). There’s restaurants, pizza shops and supermarkets who offer express delivery to the house. Playa Hermosa is famous for its consistent world class waves that makes it one of the favorite beaches in Costa Rica among surfers. If also offers some spectacular sunsets, so make sure you go for a walk on this volcanic black sand beach. The house is located 10 minutes away from Jaco Beach where you’ll find all main services like supermarkets, banks, shops and plenty of restaurants and cafes. There's also supermarkets, restaurants and bars close by in Playa Hermosa, where you can eat out or enjoy some drinks at sunset. Most businesses offer delivery service to our home. If you like nature walks or mountain biking you’re in the perfect spot! Explore our neighborhood and challenge yourself looking for the nearby river or walk up the hill for the stunning ocean views.
