A $500 USD cleaning fee will be charged if this rule is broken. ❄️ Please turn off all air conditioners when leaving the villa or if doors are open. ♻️ We care deeply about the environment — please help us recycle and reduce waste whenever possible. Our caretaker, Mario, has lived on the property since the villa was built. He works full-time and also provides night security for the property. His small house is tucked away on-site, and while he’s always nearby to ensure safety, he does not interact with guests and fully respects your privacy.
