Please come and relax and let your soul catch up to your body in this spacious and serene space. The backyard is a quiet and peaceful oasis, fully fenced and private and has a fire pit and hammock. The bright and cheery sunroom hosts a game hutch and lighted tree to bring the outside in year round. The soaking tub is enormous and comes with bubble bath and bath bombs. Located downtown by the capital and hospital and close to wonderful restaurants, shops, and just minutes from the fairgrounds. The space Three bedrooms plus loft. One bedroom with a King bed; Two bedrooms with a Queen bed. Loft with a child's cot, a sofa bed for children, a crib mattress in the tent, and a pack-n-play. Two baths. One with shower and soaking tubs. One bath with soaking tub/shower. In a pinch, there are two couches which may comfortably sleep an adult. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except for a storage area off the laundry room. The laundry room is accessed with a smart lock entry. Other things to note There is a bedroom located on the first floor with a queen bed. The second room has a king bed and the third bedroom has a queen. These rooms and the child play and sleep loft are located on the second floor, so there are stairs to be considered. There is a child safety gate at the top of the stairs.
