Unit #2. 1 queen size bed, 1 twin futon, and a queen size air mattress available (upon request only). Comfortably hosts 3, but can host 4, (air mattress makes the living room less maneuverable). Monthly options available! Message me for availability/discount pricing! Guest access Please park in the driveway. Guests do not have access to inside of garage or back yard. Other things to note The driveway has space for up to 2 cars, and off street parking is free in the summer time. Off street parking not permitted in the winter by city! There are 3 cameras on the exterior of the premises. -1 camera in front of our garage. -1 camera at the main entrance of the house. -1 camera on the patio. No Smoking, Vaping, or used Cigarettes Inside house or patio area. Check-In & Check-Out times are to be observed. NO EXCEPTIONS. Reserver must be present for stay and will be responsible for guests. NO VISITORS/additional guests, unless previously arranged and paid for. TRAVELER'S INSURANCE RECOMMENDATION: Since the COVID pandemic, it became clearer that plans can change quickly, for a variety of reasons. There are NO REFUND EXCEPTIONS FOR CANCELLATIONS, FOR ANY REASON. Please consider purchasing additional Traveler's Insurance in case you unexpectedly have to cancel. We STRONGLY recommend "Cancel-For-Any-Reason" insurance, which is relatively inexpensive and may protect the part of your reservation investment that is not covered by our cancellation policy. If you opt to NOT purchase Traveler's Insurance, you are still bound to the reservation and cancellation policy agreements and will lose all or a portion of your reservation investment, as noted in the agreed-upon policy. REFUNDS: No refunds will be given due to weather or for early departure. No refunds in the event of mechanical failure, absence of any item , or for any public utility problems. We STRONGLY recommend purchasing "cancel-for-any-reason" traveler's insurance.
