Cozy Beachfront condo with Pool and Kayaks!

Located just two and a half miles south of Akumal proper, South Akumal (AKUMAL SUR) is a quiet gated community with lovely sand beach. Here you will find a handful of private villas and this small condominium property. Seven Seas is an excellent choice for visitors hoping to enjoy the rich natural beauty of the Riviera Maya in lovely well-appointed accommodations. The beach here is great for swimming, sea kayaking and snorkeling. AC in the bedrooms only. The space The large pool on the beachside of the property is great for cooling off. Shade palapas, sea kayaks, and great snorkeling make this a perfect place to relax and enjoy the setting. Seven Seas #4 is a spacious second level two bedroom, two bath condominium with pillow top beds purchased Jan 2017, that can comfortably accommodate four. The master bedroom has a King sized bed, and the guest room has a king bed as well. Both rooms have an ocean view. There is also a queen size inflatable air bed available for US$25/night to accommodate a 5th guest. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, dining area, and large living area. This unit has an easy elegance making it lovely to look at and just as comfortable to spend time in. Off of the living area is the furnished terrace, overlooking the beachside pool with a full view of the sand and sea. PLEASE NO SMOKING INSIDE. AC in bedrooms only. Guest access The condos, pool and gardens are for the exclusive use of the buildings' guests. There is no access to the owner closet which will be locked, and the laundry is for the use of the maid. There are 2 laundry services in the village which offer same day turn around if dropped off first thing in the morning. Other things to note Maid service is provided. Parking, beach towels, and purified water are provided. KINDLY NOTE: South winds may bring Sargasso Seaweed to some beaches throughout the Caribbean, including the Rivera Maya. While the situation is hard to predict for each specific week and area, we would like you to be aware as there is the potential to impact the beach and water entry. The Riviera Maya is full of natural beauty, places to explore and opportunities for outdoor activities. We have a great list of activities and adventures completely unaffected by the arrival of sargasso that we would love to share with you.
