Welcome to the quiet and relaxed Mediterranean ambience in the sun-drenched holiday home "Yellow House" in a south-facing location surrounded by cypresses, vines and plane trees In the neighborhood are old orchards, old stone bars in between, abandoned vineyards. The view of the village, which is nestled between hills in the Brehmbach Valley, will contribute to your pure relaxation. Here, a slower pace of life is possible. Check-in is via a key box. The space The very well-equipped apartment has about 70 square meters of living space and 70 square meters of outdoor space/terraces for 2 to 6 adults with everything you need in the household to be able to enjoy your vacation in a relaxed way. The kitchen is equipped with a de Longhi coffee machine with which you can prepare a 1 a cappuccino or latte or espresso which you can then enjoy on the east balcony overlooking the valley. Dishwasher including dishwasher tabs, microwave, oven, ceramic stovetop, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, fridge with 3 freezer compartments. In the cabinets there is enough dishes for 12 people. Coffee, tea, spices, oils and vinegar to season dishes easily. For the first breakfast, there is toast in the freezer. Jam, butter and milk are part of the basic equipment here. The 1 x 180 meter by 2 meter comfortable box spring bed for 2 adults in the south bedroom. Here is an extra bed option for a baby nest bed. Bedroom North - here are 2 large 120 meter wide and 2 meter long electrically adjustable box spring beds also here with comfort blankets. Here is an extra bed option for 1 children's travel bed. These beds can be pushed together to accommodate several children. For the 5th and 6th person, the spacious sofa bed in the living room can be prepared for the night. All sleeping places have reading lamps at the head of the bed. A spacious terrace with umbrella, large table with 6 chairs, 3 sauna loungers, several seating areas on the sun-drenched south side overlooking the valley. This area forms the roof of the pool house where the sauna is also located. The pool is heated 04/10.(In the winter months November to April the pool is not heated depending on the weather, please ask.) One floor lower via an outdoor staircase without a railing is the entrance of the pool house in which the sauna is also located. The door is secured by a child safety lock and is always available for your exclusive use. For prior cleaning to use the pool and sauna, a hot and cold shower and liquid soap are available. The 4 x 6 meter long and 1.50 meter deep pool with Roman entry steps is only heated from April to October. The Finnish sauna only takes 40 minutes to be tempered. It is designed for 3 adults lying down. A fitness trampoline is available. Bath and sauna towels (mint green) can be found on the dresser next to the sauna in the pool house. Bathrobes are available for an extra charge of 10 euros per piece, pay on site to the hostess./ The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, chest of drawers, hair dryer, cosmetic mirror, liquid soaps, shampoo, toilet paper, detergent for washing machine and dryer, iron and clothes dryer. A fluffy shower towel, a hand towel and guest towels with wash gloves (dark blue) are provided for each person. The living room is about 30 m² and is equipped with a solid fuel stove with glass viewing window. The fuel can be found in the courtyard on the front door entrance level. Otherwise, underfloor heating provides cozy warmth in the cool seasons. 4 floor-deep French doors let light into the living/dining area. A manually adjustable armchair invites you to read directly at the window. The large dining table with 6 comfortable chairs offers space to eat meals. The large pull-out couch offers a family plenty of space to spend sociable evenings. The 5th and 6th person also sleep there, bedding is provided. A 50-inch SMART TV that plays the usual subscribed programs is on the dresser next to a stereo system with CD playback.
