It is 121 square meters with a balcony facing the sea, 3 bedrooms with split air conditioning, the suite with a queen bed, the second and third bedroom with a double bed + an auxiliary single bed, all with a view of the sea. The kitchen/living room are integrated in an open concept. The kitchen is equipped with planned furniture, stove, oven, refrigerator, brewery, wine cellar, coffee maker and all the utensils needed to make a good meal. On the balcony, we have a table with 6 chairs, a charcoal barbecue, providing a grill and skewers. The dining and living room has a split air-conditioning system, sofa, armchairs and a 43-inch TV.
