The home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests. Enjoy a private seasonal pool, fenced backyard, and plenty of outdoor space for BBQs, family fun, or peaceful mornings with coffee. Inside, you’ll find bright, inviting living areas, a smart TV, and vintage Hollywood–inspired décor blended with modern comfort and playful charm. A fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances makes meals easy, and free on-site parking is available with two driveway spaces. Whether you’re relaxing by the pool, enjoying the garden, or creating unforgettable memories indoors, this home is designed for comfort, privacy, and a great stay. Guest access Welcome to your stay! We offer convenient self-check-in with a unique door code sent before your arrival. However, as hands-on hosts, we're available to greet you in person and give a quick tour if you'd like. For safety, we’ve installed a Ring doorbell camera and outdoor security cameras. The fenced backyard has a self-locking gate and a patio door alarm for pool safety. You'll also find fire extinguishers, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and fire blankets in the kitchen. An emergency guide and guest info folder are provided for your convenience. To ensure a relaxing, respectful, and safe experience for everyone, please review and follow the rules below. 🔒 GENERAL POLICIES NO parties, NO outside guests, and NO pets unless approved at booking. Violations may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund and involvement of local authorities. Guests must be 25+ years old to book. No local guests (living within 30 miles) may book without host approval. Exceptions may be granted for guests booking on behalf of out-of-town family members—please message us in advance to discuss your request. 🌃 QUIET HOURS & OUTDOOR USE Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (strictly enforced). The backyard and garden may only be used between 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM. No outdoor activity, music, or gatherings allowed during quiet hours out of respect for our neighbors. 🅿️ PARKING Two parking spots are available in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed. Please do not block sidewalks or neighboring driveways. 🏊‍♂️ POOL RULES Pool is open May 15 – September 15. No diving or running. Children must be supervised at all times. Use the pool at your own risk. Pool hours align with backyard use: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM. 🌿 GARDEN GOODNESS You’re welcome to pick fresh herbs and veggies—please be gentle with plants. Keep the garden gate closed to maintain safety, especially near the pool. 🔥 FIRE PIT & GRILL Wood-burning fire pit has been removed. You may use the propane fire pit and grill responsibly, as long as it is before 10:00 PM and garden house rules permit. Be sure everything is fully turned off before going inside. 🚭 SMOKING POLICY No smoking indoors. Outdoor smoking is allowed only 25 feet away from the house in designated areas (gazebo excluded). Please be mindful of neighbors whose windows may be nearby. 🐾 PETS No pets unless approved in advance at booking. 🔐 SECURITY Lock all doors and windows when leaving. Keep garage door closed at all times. 🕓 CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Check-in: After 4 PM | Check-out: By 11 AM Early check-in / late check-out may be available—please ask in advance. Late check-out incurs $100 per 30 minutes unless pre-approved. If the cleaning crew arrives, you must vacate the home immediately. 🔑 SELF CHECK-IN Your 4-digit code (based on check-in date) + “Tehoo” button unlocks the door. Code expires after checkout. To lock the door, press any key for 2 seconds. 🚨 EMERGENCIES Contact us 24/7 for urgent issues. We’re here to help. 💻 WI-FI & TECH Enjoy high-speed internet! Wi-Fi info is provided at check-in. ♻️ TRASH & RECYCLING Place waste in labeled bins near the backyard shed. 🪟 WINDOWS & CLOSETS Keep upstairs living room windows closed during rain. Do not open closets marked "Do Not Open." 🚽 TOILETS Please flush toilet paper only—no wipes or other materials. 🔚 CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS Remove trash and recycling to outdoor bins. Return all remotes to the monkey shelf next to the upstairs TV. Close all windows and doors. Check for personal items—we are not responsible for belongings left behind. 💚 MOST IMPORTANTLY – HAVE FUN!
