The moody vibe is nicely balanced with the floor to ceiling windows showcasing the exceptional view out over the tree tops. The gourmet kitchen is outfitted very well. The stocked Coffee bar offers a variety of teas, coffees and cold beverages, a drip coffee maker, Keurig and Iced/Specialty Coffee Maker, French Press as well as individual tea pots, syrups and creamers. BBQ and Propane Pizza Oven Large outdoor living space with multiple lounge areas, outdoor screened in living room complete with TV, dining table, eating bar and fireplace, all set up high offering a commanding view over the tree tops, the perfect star gazing and sunset watching location. There is one Queen bedroom with adjoining watercloset. The incredible outdoor shower is located just off the bedroom, is completely private, roomy and very unique! Please note that the shower is outdoors. But have no worries, there is lots of hot water, luxury shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as the softest towels and bathrobes imaginable. The hot tub is private and positioned to enjoy stargazing and Northern Lights. The plunge pool is perfect for cooling off on a hot summers day. The infrared sauna is located indoors. The entire building has air-conditioning. Wander down to the pond and sit a while. The Deck at the pond is a peaceful spot. Play a game of bocce or horseshoes or darts on the deck Smart TV inside and out, games, video library and wide selection of great books to read. Guest access The Deck House and property in front is for the guests private use. Encompassing approximately 15 acres. The property over the hill, not within view, to the back is a private residence. The driveway is gated at the road. It serves both the Deck House and branches off to the private residence. Other things to note Please note that wildlife is present.
