This new 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom retreat offers the perfect landing place, no matter what brings you to Fairbanks. We are proud to feature local Alaskan artwork that reflects the beauty of Alaska and our city. Each piece tells a unique story, adding charm and character to the space. The space As you step inside and ascend the stairs, you'll enter the open living area with two full couches and 70 inch TV - the perfect place to relax and unwind. You'll find a fully stocked kitchen with brand-new appliances and a coffee bar. For added convenience, we provide a washer and dryer in the home, along with laundry pods. The spacious bathroom features double sinks and a shower tub, and we've thoughtfully included a few bathroom essentials in case you leave anything behind. Step beyond our Airbnb and discover all the exciting things Fairbanks has to offer. Chase the ethereal beauty of the Northern Lights in winter, visible right from the windows of Golden Heart Loft. Bask in the Midnight Sun while hiking on nearby trails in summer, and encounter fascinating wildlife all year round. No matter the season, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Our prime location puts us 6 minutes from the airport and UAF, about 10 minutes away from the heart of town, and is a short 2-hour drive to Denali National Park—a must-visit day trip that is absolutely worth every moment. Experience the best of Fairbanks from our Golden Heart Loft. As part of your stay, we provide a curated list of local events and experiences tailored to the duration of your visit. Guest access Golden Heart Loft is a duplex. You will have the entire unit to yourself, with a private entrance, door code, and parking area. Other things to note We are in the process of working on the exterior of the home and landscaping this summer, as this is a brand-new build. The inside is completely finished; however, there is no lawn space at this time, and the siding will be completed this August. We are a 2-minute walk from an elementary school with playground access, and we are happy to recommend other outdoor spaces to enjoy as well. If you are traveling with a child, be aware that there is a staircase in the main living room without a child gate. If your travel needs require a child gate, please reach out.
