When you’re ready for another day of fun at the parks, you’ll be an easy 20-minute drive from Disney World and Universal Studios. Solterra Resort features a breathtaking resort style pool and amenities center with easy access to Interstate 4. Solterra resort amenities include spacious pool, hot tub, lazy river, water slides, theater, club house, theater, playground and tennis court. There are 2 Publix supermarket shopping centers within a 5 minute drive and plenty of dining options. It is about a 25 - 30 minute drive to Universal Studios and SeaWorld and less than 20 minutes to Walt Disney World. Modern and updated, the fully-equipped kitchen makes prepping meals a snap. It has stainless steel appliances (two dishwashers and two refrigerators!) and a large center island with extra prep space and seating for four. Just off the kitchen, the massive dining room table seats 12 comfortably or you can head outside to dine al fresco at the patio table. With views of the backyard and the flat-screen TV, the living room’s sectional couch has room for the whole gang. Or, send part of the group upstairs to the loft area, where they can watch their own movie on the projection screen. Out in the garage-turned-game room, kids of all ages can play the day away on the foosball, pool and air hockey tables. Soothing blues adorn the first bedroom, where you’ll get a refreshing night’s sleep in the king bed. This room is the ideal master suite with an attached full bathroom boasting double sinks and a walk-in shower. Also on the main level, the second bedroom provides a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, the third bedroom offers a queen bed, while the fourth comes with a king bed. Both have en-suite bathrooms as well. Bedrooms five and six were made for slumber parties, with two full beds in one, and two twin beds in the other. Just down the hall, pretty neutrals decorate the seventh bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom eight features relaxing blues and whites, as well as a full and twin bed, while bedroom nine offers a king bed with the same color scheme. The community management charges a one time fee per reservation ($35 one time fee in total for up to 12 guests or $45 one time fee in total for 13 guests and above) to use the club house/community pool/lazy river/water slides/gym. You can request and pay for that with credit card at the club house if you need to use the club amenities. Pool heating / SPA: $45 per day (4 days minimum) + tax ( pool heater runs from 9am to 9pm (12 hours each day) to ensure the health and prevent bacteria grows if longer than 12 hours).
