The apartment is located in a revitalized building that has been renovated to a high standard with a new building section. The apartment is centrally located, within walking distance of the impressive cathedral of Wiener Neustadt, the charming old town and the lively pedestrian zone, the Wiener Neustadt State Hospital and the City Campus of the University of Applied Sciences. The 70 m² apartment offers two separate bedrooms, a living room (optionally to be used as a third bedroom) and a kitchen with dining area. The new, stylish furnishings make your stay extra pleasant. The high-quality kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils and a spacious bathroom invites you to relax. The studio is ideal for four people, but can also accommodate up to six guests. A comfortable double bed and a high-quality sofa bed (2 m x 1.4 m) offer plenty of space. Guest access The entire place is for you. In the common areas there is a bicycle cellar where you can park your bike. Other things to note A parking space in the garage can be booked on request (cost: EUR 10.00 per day). There is ample parking in the area in the paid short-term parking zone, or 250 meters away parking for EUR 3.00 per day. In the evenings (from 4:30 pm) and on weekends (from Saturday 12:00 pm) you can park in the area for free.
