Nestled on 35.5 private acres, your A-frame getaway offers stunning, uninterrupted views of the majestic Sangre de Cristo Mountains and unparalleled stargazing opportunities. Conveniently located 20 minutes south of Westcliffe, a charming mountain town, we invite you to immerse yourself in the beauty and adventure of Colorado's mountains, from the comfort of a cozy A-frame at 8,570 ft. The space LOCATION - 20 minutes from Westcliffe, Colorado - 3 hours from Denver - 2 hours from Colorado Springs - 1 hour 20 minutes from Salida GUESTS Sleeps up to 6 total guests across 3 bedrooms. BEDROOMS Bedroom 1: Queen, Bedroom 2: Queen, Bedroom 3: Queen with private balcony BATHROOMS Two well-appointed bathrooms, one with a tub/shower combo for the lower bedrooms, and a convenient walk-in shower for the master bedroom. We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash from Public Goods. KITCHEN + DINING A fully equipped kitchen, complete with a kitchen island and a spacious dining room table with buffet. We provide olive oil, salt and pepper, local coffee from Peregrine Coffee Roasters, and tea (Tazo). Coffee station includes coffee grinder, drip coffee maker (SMEG), Moka pot (GROSCHE), pour-over kit (Fellow), and French press (Fellow). LIVING ROOM Spacious living room, with 50" Samsung Frame Smart TV, gas fireplace, Bose Soundlink Revolve bluetooth speaker, and bookshelves filled with local guides, games and curiosities. LOFT OFFICE WITH DAYBED The upstairs loft contains a dedicated workspace for two, along with a cozy daybed nook. INTERNET Starlink wifi OUTDOOR SPACES Guests have access to all 35.5 private acres of the property and can enjoy 3,000 square feet of outdoor living space on the decks and patios around the A-frame. You'll find a large wrap-around covered and uncovered deck. On the patios, you’ll enjoy evenings by the gas firepit, grilling on the gas grill, stargazing, and witnessing the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets that grace this extraordinary location. PARKING Ample parking available, including space for trailers within our circle driveway. THE VIEWS Several of Colorado's "Fourteeners" (peaks over 14,000 ft) are easily visible from the deck in an over 100-mile panorama view from north to south. Visible 14ers include Crestone Needle, Crestone Peak, Humboldt Peak, Blanca Peak, Mt Lindsey and Mt Princeton. Guest access Ranch gate entry to property and keycode access to home. Guests have access to all 35.5 acres of the fenced-in property and entire A-frame home.
