Villa ACK Living is a large luxury penthouse with 3 double bedrooms, a large living/dining room, 2 bathrooms/WCs and a large kitchen, spread over two floors. The apartment is equipped with a private 5 x 3 metre swimming pool and has three private terraces with remarkable views in all four directions. There is also private parking for guests of this property. The accommodation can sleep 8 people, making it ideal for families, friends or couples looking for ample space with upscale amenities. The terraces, with their garden furniture, deck chairs, tables and seating, invite you to enjoy cosy evenings, provide plenty of sunlight in every corner and are completely private. Furthermore, the accommodation is located in a community that is enriched with another large communal pool. Towns such as Torrevieja, La Zenia and the thousand-year-old city of Cartagena (25 minutes) or Murcia (40 minutes) are nearby. La Manga and Cabo de Palos are about 50 km away and easy to reach. Whether they are children, infants, or adults—including pets—this number must always be specified. The price is the same for 1 or 2 people; for each additional person, there is an automatic charge of €10 per night added to the reservation, and pets are charged €25 per stay. We carry out the guest registration required by law, in which all guests must fill out their information online. We ask that you read the house guest manual. In it, you will find the house rules, the Wi-Fi password, and other useful information. The host will always be available during your stay. In the Mar Menor, there are several opportunities to practice water sports, such as sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, diving, etc., including schools that offer instruction in these sports. Contracting Heated Pool: a) Request and activation Pool heating must be requested at least 48 hours before arrival to allow the water to reach the appropriate temperature. b) Price The pool heating service costs €50 per stay for every 7 days. c) Water temperature The heated pool is maintained at approximately 24–26°C, depending on weather conditions (outside temperature, wind, sunlight). An exact temperature or higher temperatures cannot be guaranteed. d) Cancellation of the service The heating service can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in. Once the service has been activated, no refunds will be issued for cancellation or non-use of the pool. e) Temperature complaints If the guest feels that the pool does not reach the indicated temperature, they must inform us during the stay so we can check the system. Compensation will only be considered in case of a verified equipment malfunction. f) Weather conditions Water temperature may vary slightly depending on weather conditions. This does not constitute a reason for a refund. g) Technical failures In case of a technical failure that prevents the use of the heated pool during the stay, a partial refund of the heating supplement will be issued for the affected days.
