Apartment in a small town

The apartment is located on the city moat of the small town of Luckau. The city center is a 5-minute walk away and shopping and gastronomy are also nearby with a 5-15 minute walk. In Luckau there is a Laga park, indoor playground, a modern outdoor pool, boat rides on the city moat, St. Nicholas Church, Culture Church and much more to discover. It takes about 20 minutes to drive to the Spreewald (Lübben or Lübbenau). Berlin or Dresden are about 1 hour drive away. The space The apartment is located on the upper floor of a 2-family house. Access is via the courtyard, where there is also a small garden with a pond and a Hollywood swing. Once you arrive in the apartment, you end up in the hallway with a wardrobe. This hallway continues into the open kitchen to the right. The kitchen offers an oven, ceramic stovetop, washing machine, a small dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker (Senseo pads and filter), microwave, toaster, kettle and other basic equipment. There is also a small table with stool. Further to the right is the living room. This can be separated with a folding door. Here is a large dining table, a TV with Wi-Fi access (40 inches), an armchair, a small coffee table and a sofa bed with a real mattress for 1-2 people (1.4 m x 2.0 m). From the hallway to the left is the bedroom with a double bed for 2 people (1.8 m x 2.0 m) with separate mattresses. There is also a small TV with Wi-Fi access (24 inches). In the next room is the bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. All windows have an insect screen and the hallway has a motion detector for the light. Towels are included and bed linens are already on the beds. Guest access In the yard there is a small garden with a pond and Hollywood swing which may also be used. The seating in the courtyard can be used. In the hallway, something can also be placed in the upper area. Only the basement entrance and the lower apartment must remain freely accessible. By arrangement, things can also be stored in the annex. Parking is available either right in front of the house on the road or about 100 m walk on a gravel parking lot of the former bowling alley.
