Our lovingly renovated apartment is perfect for couples and small families who want to stay away from the hustle and bustle while still being able to reach the Baltic Sea quickly. Many guests say they feel right at home from the very first moment – and would have liked to extend their stay right away. Furnished with a lot of love for detail and equipped so that you really don't miss anything during your stay. :) The space Our 48-square-meter apartment is not a typical vacation rental, but a place where you can arrive and immediately unwind. We renovated the apartment ourselves and furnished it with a lot of love for detail – with the goal of creating a place that doesn't feel like a rental, but rather like a temporary home. The apartment is on the first floor and has its own parking space right outside the door, as well as easy self check-in, so you can arrive in a relaxed and flexible manner. The open-plan kitchen/living room with exposed wood beams is the heart of the apartment. Here, people cook, eat, play games, or just sit together and relax. Enjoy the start of the day with a freshly brewed coffee from the Nespresso machine or, alternatively, a classic filter coffee machine. According to our previous guests, the kitchen is exceptionally well equipped – not only with the essentials, but also with oil, spices and many other little things that you often miss when you get there. In the living area, you can cozy up on the sofa, watch TV shows on the Smart TV, or enjoy a game night. For additional sleeping space, the sofa can be folded out to create a 55-inch (1.40-m) sleeping area. The apartment is ideal for two people, but can also accommodate up to four guests – particularly well suited for three adults or two adults with one or two children. The bedroom is deliberately designed to be quiet. The king-size bed, the blackout, and the pleasant atmosphere ensure that you can sleep particularly well here. The apartment is also well suited for families. We will of course provide you with a baby travel crib and a highchair free of charge. Right behind the house next to the entrance to the bicycle room is a small sitting area with a grill that you can use during your stay. The apartment is equipped in such a way that you will not want for anything during your stay. Linens and towels are of course included. Fly screens also ensure that you can sleep peacefully even when the window is open. Guest access The bedroom, the kitchen-living room, the bathroom and the lounge in the outdoor area are intended for you. Please be considerate of the other tenants in the hallway and in the parking lots, as several parties live here.
