Additional amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. Guest access Guests have full access to the suite and the resort's extensive amenities, including five outdoor swimming pools, two lazy rivers, six hot tubs, two children's water play areas, and a fitness center. The resort also offers mini-golf, game rooms, and an activities program for all ages. Dining options include multiple on-site restaurants and bars. A complimentary shuttle service to Walt Disney World® Resort is available for your convenience. Other things to note Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests must be at least 21 years old to check in. Identification and Deposit: A valid government-issued ID and a major credit card matching the primary guest's name are required at check-in. A $250 security deposit per reservation is due at check-in and will be released upon check-out; it may take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account. Pets and Smoking: Pets are not permitted. Smoking is prohibited within resort buildings; designated smoking areas are available. Violations of the smoking policy will incur a fee. Special Requests and Late Check-Out: Special requests are subject to availability at check-in and may incur additional charges. Late check-outs may be available for a fee, subject to room availability and occupancy levels; please inquire with the front desk 24 hours prior to departure.
