House rules: 🕑During your stay, we thank you for respecting each of your neighbors. They live permanently in the village, so you will be asked to be discreet when coming and going, in the evening, at night and in the early morning. Not everyone has the same rhythm, you have to think about early sleepers but also late risers as well as those who have to go to work. We reserve the right to end the stay early and without refund in the event of non-compliance with the rules.) 🚭The accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited inside the house. 🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs. 🚬Smoking is allowed outside the house using the ashtrays provided for this purpose. 🧹Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities. 🧹It is, however, your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, the barbecue, the fireplace, take out the trash, take down the bed linen, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee makers as well as tidy up inside the house. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “complete cleaning” of the apartment before your arrival for €120. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged penalties of €240 in cleaning costs. 📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your identity document, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations.
