The space It is a room with a completely private bathroom, it is part of a complex of accommodations that are in front of the beach It has parking for one vehicle Common areas to share with other guests: Hallways, Parking lots, Outdoor shower and the beach. - The maximum capacity of the room is 2 people (if more than 2 people come on the day of your entry, unfortunately we will not be able to receive them and we will have to ask Airbnb to cancel the reservation without the option of giving a refund for non-compliance with the rules) - IMPORTANT: the Accommodation only has parking for 1 vehicle - All ages count as guests. (except babies from 0 to 2 years old) - It is forbidden to exceed the maximum capacity of Guests. - It is forbidden to fill the towels with sand. - Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. - Visits and Pets are prohibited. - Parties or events are not allowed. - It is forbidden to arrive or be intoxicated within the property.
