Welcome to our peaceful, secluded off the grid homestead. We are located 15 miles south of Rock Springs on Aspen Mountain. We are off Highway 430, down a well-maintained 3 mile gravel road. Enjoy being off-grid without sacrificing modern convinces. Stretch out in our 2000 Sq ft. ground floor guest accommodations. 2 bedroom 2 bath with full kitchen, living room, private entrance and patio. Take the opportunity to enjoy peace and quiet while watching herds of deer, antelope, and wild horses! The space This is an off-grid property 15 miles south of Rock Springs. We have lots of room for parking, animals, and fun while still offering all the conveniences you have at home. Due to the nature of being off-grid, we try to limit our power consumption after dark. Our battery bank is sufficient to handle most electrical needs and we have a back-up generator if necessary. Guest access The entire ground floor/ basement apartment and patio is open to guests. The garage will be locked. This property is located 3 miles away from the main highway on a county maintained gravel road. We have plenty of parking for trailers, multiple vehicles, what ever you need. Other things to note Please refrain from smoking inside the unit and clean up after pets with the provided poop scooper and bucket. Thank you!
